1) Do you need a medical prescription?
For all orders, we require a medical prescription from our customers. If you don't have one, then you can fill out an online medical examination, so it can be reviewed by one of or physicians. By doing that we guarantee that your an eligible candidate to receive one of our products. In case that your examination was not approved, you'll be ask to fax us a medical prescription from your personal physician, before your order is shipped.

2) Do you wish to place an order?

As a consequences, the packages may arrive on different days. If after the estimated time of arrival, one of the packages is still missing, please contact our Customer Care Department.

9) Can you cancel your order?
Our cancellation policy is that you can indeed cancel it before it has been shipped. However, once the order has been shipped we don't accept order cancellations.

10) Do we return or refund orders?
